EMPLOYER'S PROTECTION PROGRAM
By
studying thousands of discrimination lawsuits filed by employees who
believed they were discriminated against, by their employer, working at
plaintiff’s employment law firms and researching this issue for law
journal publications, I developed the Employer’s Protection Program
(EPP) that employers can take advantage of in order to protect their
companies against lawsuits. I offer comprehensive training to protect your
company from errors and procedures that could leave your company open to
discrimination lawsuits. In New Jersey, an employer has the right to
terminate an employee for any reason unless it is a reason that is
prohibited by law. Often times when a management team has an employee that
they seek to terminate for good cause, the employee will accuse the
company of discriminating, for any number of reasons. |

employees from discrimination and what specific acts leave employers open
to such lawsuits. Teaches safeguards against your managers and employees
discriminating on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, sexual
preference, sexual harassment and disabled employees.

Training for Management Staff or Human Resource Personnel
Designed to specifically train management and support employees to
specifically watch for, guard against, and handle any such issues that may
arise. Specific discussions about current problems with employees, past
problems, or accusations being made against particular members will be
discussed and procedures will be put in place to guard against future
lawsuits and provide a set of guidelines to implement.

Comprehensive Training For Managers and Owners
Includes educating management and owners on what specific actions are
permitted when an employee needs to be terminated but there is a fear of
retaliation. Managers and owners will be taught what specific acts can
expose them to liability and how to protect against it. The Law, the
protections, and the procedures that will minimize exposure will be taught
in detail. This training is more aggressive in teaching what to do when
issues arise and how to handle employees that may be misinterpreting
managing styles as discriminatory. Specific issues will be discussed and
basic guidelines for implementing procedures will be reviewed.
